The work performed by a construction contractor to commence and complete a project based on Documents.

Construction services in a sentence Facilities Acquisition and Construction Services Expenditures – Consists of activities involved with the acquisition of land and buildings; remodeling buildings; the construction of buildings and additions to buildings; initial installation or extension of service systems and other built-in equipment; and improvements to sites. Construction Services: The CM shall construct the Project pursuant to the construction documents and in accordance with the schedule requirements. Facilities Acquisition and Construction Services Expenditures - Consists of activities involved with the acquisition of land and buildings; remodeling buildings; the construction of buildings and additions to buildings; initial installation or extension of service systems and other built-in equipment; and improvement to sites. The contractor shall provide Construction Services under this Agreement only upon written request of the City and only to the extent defined and required by the City. All of the Construction Services required hereunder will be performed by the Contractor or under Contractor's supervision, and all personnel engaged in the work shall be fully qualified and shall be authorized or permitted under State and Local law to perform such services.
